Welcome to the Rayne Global LLC DBA Luxury Agent Authority™ website and advisory program. By accessing this website, enrolling in the program, or using any services provided, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

The Company provides business advisory, mentorship, coaching, and educational resources designed to support real estate professionals in developing identity alignment, wealth strategy, and luxury market positioning. Participation in any program does not guarantee specific financial results.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate information. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant.

3. Application and Enrollment

Enrollment is application-based. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Once accepted, enrollment becomes binding upon payment.

4. Program Investment

12-Month Advisory Program Investment: $30,000

All payment obligations must be fulfilled according to the selected payment agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of program access.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and intellectual property, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of participation, business results, or scheduling conflicts.

6. Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for implementing strategies. The Company does not guarantee specific income, commissions, or client acquisition.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials (frameworks, worksheets, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary program materials. SMS Privacy Policy: The Company values your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Conduct

Participants must maintain professional conduct. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for disruptive or abusive behavior.

10. Scheduling

Advisory calls are scheduled at the Company’s discretion. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

12. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

Information provided is for educational purposes only. Consult licensed professionals for financial or legal decisions.

13. Disclaimers

Income examples are illustrative and not guarantees.

14. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
